Many of our products are handmade specifically for each customer.

Orders will only enter production once:

  • All order details, customisations, and product selections have been confirmed.

Our estimated production time is:

Production times may vary during:

  • Holidays

  • High-volume periods

  • Supplier delays

  • Circumstances outside of our control

Please note that production time is separate from courier delivery time.

2. Delivery Within South Africa

We offer delivery throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.

Delivery is available to:

  • Regional areas

  • Rural areas (where courier services are available)

Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout where applicable.
